1. Acceptance & Eligibility
Plain English: By using our services, you agree to these terms. You must be 18+ and authorized to act on behalf of your organization.
By accessing or using the services provided by Grey Matter LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Grey Matter LLC. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and your acceptance of these Terms will be treated as acceptance by that organization.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
2. Services Description
Plain English: We provide AI training through video calls and on-site sessions. You need a good internet connection and a computer with camera/mic for virtual sessions.
Virtual Training
- • Live instructor-led sessions via Zoom/Teams
- • Minimum 5 Mbps internet required
- • Computer with webcam and microphone
- • Current web browser

3. Account Registration
Plain English: Keep your login info safe and tell us right away if someone else uses your account.
Your Responsibilities

4. Payment Terms
Plain English: Training requires 50% deposit to book, balance due 7 days before. Corporate clients can get Net 30 terms with approval.

7. User Conduct & Responsibilities
Plain English: Be professional, respectful, and protect confidential information.

Not Allowed
- ✗ Recording without permission

8. Privacy & Confidentiality
Plain English: We protect your data and keep training discussions confidential. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Session Recording
We'll notify before recording. You can opt out by turning off camera/mic or leaving the session.
Mutual Confidentiality
We both agree to keep confidential information private. This survives termination of our agreement.
9. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability
Important: We provide training, not guaranteed business results. Our liability is limited to what you paid us.
Educational Nature
Our training is educational and doesn't guarantee specific outcomes. Success depends on your implementation.
Liability Cap
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in the past 12 months.
No Indirect Damages
We're not liable for lost profits, data loss, or other indirect damages.
10. Dispute Resolution
Plain English: If we have a disagreement, we'll try to work it out. If we can't, we'll use arbitration in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
